The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster

Do you usually stick to the same book genre all the time? Is one of those genres not fantasy? Well, I do, but when my teacher assigned this book to me as a book club book, I enjoyed it very much and now enjoy reading fantasy.

Try reading, "The Phantom Tollbooth" by Norton Juster. In this story, a boy named Milo journey's into a magical land using a phantom tollbooth that magically appears in his home. When he get's there, he meets lot of weird, but interesting people. As Milo travels through the magical place, he discovers a problem: Lots of different things are going on between the people. The only people who can help are Rhyme and Reason, the princesses that were banned from the kingdom to the castle in the sky. Milo and his friends set off to free the princesses. But will Milo encounter problems along the way? Will he make it? Read this great book to find out.
